- Keeping jewellery away from water/wet environments as it can dull jewellery.
- When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a sealed bag or closed container in a dry place. Use jewellery boxes, cases, and sleeves to store your necklaces and chains. This will protect them from humid and open air when you are not wearing them.
- Put on lotion before you wear your jewellery. Lotion, creams, and perfumes can all cause your jewellery to look dull. Make sure that they are completely rubbed in and dry before you put on your jewellery.
