1- STOCK DISCLAIMER
Due to technical issues that may occur, Arora Collectives cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. Some products that may still be listed on the website may actually be sold out. In the unlikely event, the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by Arora Collectives via E-Mail promptly after your order has been received.
2 - PRICE CHANGESArora Collectives reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold without notice. However, the prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that order. Arora Collectives reserves the right to modify our services and/or content at any given time without any notice.
3 - COLOUR ACCURACY AND INFORMATION
Although Arora Collectives has made every effort to make sure the colours displayed in pictures are as accurate as they possibly could be. Due to the different types of lighting used throughout our pictures and the colour display settings on your phones or computers; the colours may differ slightly. Arora Collectives cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy, although such an instance is unlikely. Arora Collectives cannot guarantee the colour of any of our items will be displayed accurately on your phones, computers, ipads, tablets ect.
Arora Collectives has taken extra care at displaying all information about jewellery/sunglasses as accurately as possible. However, Arora Collectives is not responsible for all information being accurate or complete. Arora Collectives lists in the description of each jewellery item the materials used within it, if it does not say something then do not expect the jewellery item to be that. The information is for general information only, when you order from our site it is completely your responsibility to rely upon the information given and any reliance on the materials stated is at your own risk.
4 - JEWELLERY CARE Arora Collectives are not liable for any jewellery fading in colour, breaking, rusting and/or tarnishing if you have worn the items it is your responsibility to maintain and take care of them. Arora Collectives does give out a "jewellery care tips guide" with every order, it is advised you look at it and take it into consideration when maintaining your jewellery. However, if your jewellery arrived damaged you can
contact us to resolve that issue.
5 - PAYMENT AND ACCURACY OF BILLINGArora Collectives accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard and Apple Pay. Card payments are made with our partner STRIPE. All these payments are encrypted and 100% secure and your billing information is 100% secure and kept private.
When filling out your billing information on our site you are 100% responsible for making sure it is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any inaccurate information you have added in the billing process. It is important your information is accurate as if there are any updates regarding your order we will attempt to contact you via either your email, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
6 - PERSONAL INFORMATIONArora Collectives takes full responsibility that all information fed into our website by our customers is kept 100% confidential. This includes names, addresses, billing information, order descriptions, phone numbers, emails, any notes you may have added, your choice of payment. Everything is kept private and confidentially.

Occasionally, there may be errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, promotions, prices, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Arora Collectives reserves the right to change and/or update information and/or cancel orders if any information on our website or social media pages is inaccurate at any time without prior notice- including after you have placed your order.

If there are any questions you have about our brand, jewellery, sunglasses or any of our other services please contact us stating clearly what the question is with the word "question" as the heading of your email. Similarly, if you have any complaints regarding our brand, jewellery, sunglasses or any of other services including your orders, please contact us stating clearly what the issue is and clearly stating you are making a complaint with that as the heading of your email.
9 - SOCIAL MEDIA Arora Collectives holds responsibility for everything that is posted on our official Arora Collectives social media pages. However, if an unfortunate situation does occur where Arora Collectives media pages have been hacked or unusual posts have been made that the Arora Collectives team do not recognise, Arora Collectives will immediately shut down the page so it does not harm or effect our followers and customers. If the Arora Collectives brand name is used by other social media pages, unless we have clearly stated it is us, it does not belong to Arora Collectives. If you come across a social media page that either has our brand name and is using our pictures or is using our pictures please report the page and contact us so we can take action against it.
